Job Description
- 6+ years experience as an admin/developer in BI tools.
- At least three project exposure as a Cognos admin is mandatory.
- Advance Knowledge of Cognos is required including DQM integration at the Web layer.
- Should have strong exposure working on Motion CI/PI.
- Good exposure to Scheduling tools
- Strong knowledge of the Windows platforms and scripting skills (preferably PowerShell) are important for this position.
- Software Installation and configurations and applying patches are part of the job responsibilities.
- Should have worked with Cognos integration between Cognos Business Intelligence components.
- Should have strong knowledge of Cognos Disaster Recovery and backup/restore processes.
- Must have an excellent understanding of high availability concepts like web server load balancing.
- Have a firm understanding of the windows registry.
