Job Description:
- Should be able to handle a team of 10 to 15 people
- Understanding the client’s needs and delivering value
- Interaction with Business Head to discuss the requirement plan and device an action plan
- Create and review the hiring strategy and model
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from requirement download, sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation to onboarding the candidates
- Sourcing the best talent through Job boards, Employee Referral programs and social media
- Create an active pipeline of Talent Pool for critical upcoming positions
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
