Job Description
- Sr/Lead Designer UX/UI Role (5 to 10 years of experience)
- Partner with XD Architects for framing design strategy through design thinking
- Lead design activities from discovery to delivery
- Deliver a unified and cohesive cross-platform design output through diverging/converging cycles
- Facilitate cross-function collaboration and design reviews
- Articulate research questions and validation needs, and drive research as needed
- Learn and apply PB Design System, accessibility, and brand guidelines
- Overview production design work for quality and consistency
