Job Description
- Start-up and Shutdown of servers
- Experience in core Exchange On-premise and Exchange Online. Exchange On-premise with a Hybrid environment consisting of Exchange O365
- Handling all O365-related issues.
- Maintaining daily Exchange Health Check
- Creating AD objects like Users, OU, and Group Policy, and updating bulk user attributes.
- Monthly Patching on Active Directory, Exchange server.
- OS administration, management and backups, installations, configurations, upgrades and removals.
- Problem resolution, device configuration, partitioning and upgrades
- Security and patch management
- User management and administrative support
- Performance, utilization availability management
- Change management, incident management and enhancements
