- At least 5 years experience in EDI – IBM Sterling Gentran Server for Microsoft Windows, Version 5.3.1 Patch 8.
- Experience with computer programming or a scripting language, database management and file-system organisation Competencies.
- Aptitude for analytical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Good time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.
