Job Description
- Monitor day-to-day operations and management for Microfocus tool infrastructure and Integrations.
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Root Cause Analysis
- Analyse the Incident tickets and implement/enrich appropriate Correlation rules (SBEC/TBEC/TBEA).
- Performing daily system monitoring and verifying the availability of all virtual hardware, resource and system key processes
- Manage device onboarding, and offboarding and maintain uCMDB accurately.
- Monitor the Syslog collection and ensure logs are maintained properly in the Tools
- Ensure to meet all SLAs.
- Preparation/Review of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Regular audit of tools and take corrective action accordingly.
- Performance Management & Optimization
- Coordination with multiple vendors
- Plan and schedule for change management.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents.
- Prepare and maintain SoPs and SMTD
- Implementing and Upgrading MF OBM on Containerized setup with COSO module.
- Must be able to handle customer environment and familiar with HA and DR setup
- Customization of Business Views and preparation/implementation solutions per customer recommendations.
- Implement and maintain Integrations with multiple third-party systems/tools
- Capacity Planning/ Migration/ Optimization / Future upgrade strategy based on the performance trend.
- Participating in daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduled calls and providing updates.
- Mentor the L1 and L2 team members
Primary Skill (Must Have)
