Job Description
- Facilitate and promote the Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, for multiple Agile teams within the organization.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on SAFe principles, Agile practices, and Scrum processes to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog, ensuring that teams are working on high-value features and initiatives.
- Identify and remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Promote a positive team culture and encourage collaboration, communication, and transparency among team members and stakeholders.
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to support the alignment and coordination of Agile teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Monitor and track team performance metrics, helping teams identify areas for improvement and supporting them in implementing necessary changes.
- Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events and contribute to the successful execution of Program Increments (PI) and releases.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within teams, encouraging them to take risks and learn from failures.
- Stay updated with the latest Agile and SAFe practices, attending training and workshops as needed, and continuously improving your own skills and knowledge.
Education
BE/ BTech degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Required Technical Skills:
- Previous experience as a scrum master for Agile software development projects or teams is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its core values, principles, and practices.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Rally
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve their best performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
