Job Description
- 3+ Years of experience in UiPath support and UiPath Certified.
- 1+ Years of experience in Python, Powershell and VB.
- Second Line Support for Uipath, bug fixes and Configuration Management activities.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of issues which are of critical and high Priority / escalated by L1 Log Reviews.
- Problem and Change Management activities, RCA, Maintain and update KEDB
- Deployment / Upgrade of new Bots in Uipath environments
- BoT Design document and Code will be provided along with PDD Documents during the transition phase
- Escalation to OEM and Customer’s Development Team; if required.
- Documents / SOP Updates
- Coordination with Infrastructure team (Compute, Network etc)
