Job Description
- 2 to 5 years experience in Contract and C2H Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
- Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
- Coordinate with the SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
- Experience with various interview formats
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Experience in boolean search
- Experience in hiring for MNC clients
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience in C2H hiring (contract to hire hiring)
- Should know how to do a strong follow-up, and schedule the interview
- Responsible for initial screening of profiles
- Should be ready to work at the office
- Excellent communication skills
