Being technology partners to the State Governments in India, we have developed ULB-specific GIS-based Property Tax Management Software that will allow them to do tax calculation, management, and collection. Our team also deployed a ground team for a QR-based demand survey of 7000+ households.
The data collected from the demand survey gave us the difference between the tax collected and the tax to be collected. The demand deviation increased by 64%, from 12 lakhs to 32 lakhs and the revenue increased by 200%. Our PTMS is a platform to calculate the tax, manage the tax data for every household, and pay tax online.
